COVID-19 has affected us all. The personal and economic impact it has had around the world, has been immeasurable.

At GENEVA, as with countless other organisations, it has changed the way we do business, as we adapt to the 'new norm'.

In training & development, we've had limits on our day to day operation, limits on our travel, limits on our face-to-face events.

Safety of our people and our clients' people, is our main concern. Therefore, our primary approach is to use of virtual sessions.

At GENEVA, we're re-introducing face-to-face sessions and we have adopted L.I.M.I.T.S. to our events:

LIMIT - the no. of participants
INTERVALS - more/ longer breaks
MASKS - supplied & worn
INFORMATION - for track & trace
TEMPERATURE - checks on arrival
SANITISE - hands, surfaces, binders
