Geneva Management was founded in 1988 by two founding directors having spent many years in management consulting and sales.

From the beginnings of a small office in Central Scotland, the company has grown through developing its areas of expertise and client base across a great many industries.

The inclusion of Acorn Personal Development in 2007 and GMC Europe in 2018, plus the unusual approach for this industry of directly employing all our consultants, has seen that growth continue.

2023 marks our 35th Anniversary making us one of the longest established management consultancies in the UK and Europe, and we continue to enhance our clients' performance through the development of their people.
