    Where our purpose for processing is:  training purposes, including providing access to online training modules; newsletters, including providing company news, industry news and training content news 
    We process your information in the following ways: by tracking your progress/completion of online training modules and providing certification (where appropriate) of progress and completion; by tracking your opening, click through, sharing and forwarding of newsletters.
    Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent, unsubscribe or it is determined your consent no longer exists.

Sharing your information: We may share your data with third parties only in instances where you have agreed to complete data pertaining to the originator. Examples of this may include completion of 360/180 appraisal.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

Your individual rights

Under the GDPR your rights are as follows:

  • the right to be informed;
  • the right of access;
  • the right to rectification;
  • the right to erasure;
  • the right to restrict processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to object; and
  • the right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling.

You also have the right to complain to the ICO [www.ico.org.uk] if you feel there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.

You have the right to see the information that we have on record about you – this is called a Subject Access Request. To make a SAR please log-in, go to your Profile Page (via the User menu), click the link ‘Data Requests’ then click the ‘New Request’ button and select ‘Export All of my Personal Data’, or ‘Delete all of my Personal Data’, as appropriate.

You also have the ‘right to be forgotten’ and can formally request that we delete your personal details from our systems as above.

Once we have received a valid SAR you will receive a response from us within 30 days.
